Soldier FAQ’s

 

Q: How do I know Seats4Soldiers was able to get seats at an event for me?
A: Seats4Soldiers will send you an email notifying you they were able to obtain tickets and will scan in a copy of the tickets and email them to you.

 

Q: If I qualify, how many seats to an event am I eligible for?
A: Seats4Soldiers donates up to two (2) tickets per soldier.

 

Q: Once I register, am I guaranteed two seats to my desired event?
A: Seats4Soldiers will make every attempt to donate tickets to each qualified registrant, however, 1). seats to an event aren’t guaranteed, as tickets to some events (i.e. big-ticket items) are simply more difficult to obtain, 2) we can only purchase seats with the donated funds we have available at the time of request.

 

Q: How can I help Seats4Soldiers raise money?
A: By telling your friends and family to donate money by going to www.seats4soldiers.org.

 

Q: What does Seats4Soldiers expect from me once I have my tickets?
A: Once you have tickets to your requested event, you are committed to the following:

 

  • Taking photos of you and your guest wearing Seats4Soldiers promotional items (provided with your tickets) in your seats at the event
  • Emailing your photos and your testimonial to info@seats4soldiers no more than five (5) days after attending the event.

 

Q: How does Seats4Soldiers use my photos and testimonial?
A: Seats4Soldiers will share your photo and testimonial on our site and via social media as a way to generate more donations for more soldiers.

 

Q: What if, at the last minute, I am not able to attend the event Seats4Soldiers obtained seats to?
A: If you encounter a situation that will prevent you from attending an event in which seats were donated, you must immediately inform Seats4Soldiers via info@seats4soldiers.org, explain the situation, and immediately release the donated tickets back to Seats4Soldiers for re-distribution to another qualifying recipient.

 

Q: Can I resell my tickets if I am attending an event that has been delayed by a day?
A: No. Under no circumstances can tickets be resold. If you are not able to attend and you resell the tickets to the event seats, Seats4Soldiers reserves the right to charge you face-value for both.

 

Q: How will my tickets be delivered to me?
A: Event tickets may be delivered in two ways: 1). Electronically in PDF format via email; 2). Shipped via USPS/FedEx/UPS. Seats4Soldiers will notify you either via your Profile page or email, along with t-shirts, lanyards, and other promotional items.
